Welcome to the Quinn Glossary! Below you'll find a breakdown of common tags and terms used on the platform to help you find exactly what you're looking for.

M4F/M4A/F4TF/NB4F/etc.: Indicates the gender of the speaker and the intended listener

  • M: male 

  • F: female

  • NB: non-binary

  • A: all genders

  • TF: Trans woman

  • TM: Trans man

MDom: The speaker is a dominant man

FDom: The speaker is a dominant woman

NBDom/Dom: The speaker is a dominant non-binary person

MSub: The speaker is a submissive man

FSub: The speaker is a submissive woman

NBSub/Sub: The speaker is a submissive non-binary person

Switch/Switchy: Indicates that dominant and submissive roles switch throughout the audio

BFE: Boyfriend experience

GFE: Girlfriend experience

FFM/MMF/MMA: Indicates the genders of the people present in a threesome or group scenario

SFX: Sound effects

BDSM: Bondage, Discipline, Sadism, Masochism - An acronym that describes a range of consensual sexual activities common in kink subculture, often including physical restraints, power dynamics, sensation play, pain play, and related practices. May sometimes include intense or taboo practices, so please read tags and captions carefully before listening

DDlg: Daddy Dom/Little Girl - A BDSM roleplay dynamic where the dominant man plays the role of a daddy figure and the submissive woman plays the role of a girl

MDlb: Mommy Dom/Little Boy - A BDSM roleplay dynamic where the dominant woman plays the role of a mommy figure and the submissive man plays the role of a boy

DP: Double penetration - Indicates the simultaneous penetration of the mouth, vagina, or anus

SFW: Safe for work - Audios with no sexual content (Differs slightly from the [No Sex] tag, which may indicate that there is some sexual content such as kissing or dirty talk, but no sexual encounter)

No Sex: No sexual encounter, though may include some sexual content such as kissing or dirty talk (Note: differs from the [SFW] tag, which has no sexual content)

WLW: Women loving women. Used with sapphic audios

D2L: Direct-to-listener. An audio where the speaker addresses the listener as the listener, often without a scenario or world building

FWB: Friends with benefits

L-Bomb(s): Used with audios that contain “I love you”s

LDR: Long-distance relationship

JOI: “Jerk off instructions” AKA guided masturbation

Ramble: An improvised direct-to-listener (D2L) style audio

Binaural: An element of sound design where the audio seems to move from one headphone to another, creating a 3-dimensional experience

In Medias Res: Latin for “in the middle of things”. Used with audios that begin in the middle of the sexual encounter or have very little foreplay

ABO: Alpha/Beta/Omega - Audios containing omegaverse dynamics

DnD: Dungeons & Dragons

CFNM/CMNF: Clothed female with a nude male or clothed male with a nude female. Situations where one partner is clothed and the other is not
